We are located at Matsudo Station, which is 16 minutes from Nippori Station, 30 minutes from Tokyo Station and 33 minutes from Ikebukuro Station on the JR line and the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda line. Conveniently located around the guesthouse are department stores, banks, supermarkets, movie theaters and video rental stores. Friendly, bilingual staff is on duty at DK House Matsudo for a safe and enjoyable stay.

The application process is quick and rooms are available immediately. Rent is 52,000 yen per month and no commission is charged. More economical than regular apartments, we offer competitive prices for short-term and long-term stays. It’s perfect for employee or student dormitories that require a set number of rooms. For companies located outside of Tokyo, DK House Warabi can serve as a mini hub (branch office, dormitory) for the Tokyo area.

As Japan’s largest guesthouse, DK House Matsudo features furniture in all rooms and upscale facilities such as a computer lounge, a sauna, a workout room, a multipurpose room, and an expansive patio/courtyard not found in your typical share house, guesthouse, weekly rental or regular apartment.
