Matsudo is getting more and more popular among those who are commuting to the central part of Tokyo thanks to its proximity to the very convenient transportation networks of JR and the Chiyoda line of Tokyo Metro. Around Matsudo station you can find conveniently located department stores, banks, super-markets, movie theaters and video rental stores. All our rooms are fully-furnished. Plus, our common facilities include a PC lounge, a sauna, a gym, a multi-purpose room and a spacious garden patio. Many of our residents are foreigners who work in Japan, and you can expect a variety of seasonal parties and events to be held, ideal for getting to know each other.

DK House Matsudo, blessed with lots of green and some waterfronts around, is a mega-guesthouse located in Matsudo city which lies between the KANTO metropolitan areas and scenic spots therefore it is very convenient for both commuting to workplaces/schools in the big cities and leisure/sightseeing on holidays. Currently about half of our residents are Japanese and the other half come from around the world. A variety of people of different ages, nationalities and walks of life contribute to the heart-warming atmosphere of DK HOUSE Matsudo.

Our priority is facilitating the convenience of our residents. We have been succeeding in keeping the house spotless, thanks to the cooperation of our residents and to the daily cleaning of our staff members. Our well-equipped facilities, such as the sauna, exercise machines, and five PCs in our common area, also contribute to a better life for each of our residents. Easy access to the metropolitan area is another attractive point and you can walk to the nearest station in only 8 minutes.
