On the top floor of the house is the laundry space which is equipped with several coin-operated washing machine, dryers, irons and iron tables. Machines with the capacity to wash up to 7kg of clothing at once are also available. You can also make use of the open space on our rooftop to hang your clothes out to dry.
Shower Room
Our shower facilities are always spotless for residents' comfort.
Sauna
Occasional sauna use will help refresh both your heart and body.
Gym
Right in front of the shower rooms is the gym.
Make sure you are in good shape by exercising here.
Garden Patio
Our garden patio is the locus of communication.
This is the ideal place for snacking, chatting and reading. BBQ parties will be held here in the summer time.
