Requirements for application

Please provide the following documents

1. ID: Passport, Visa, Alien Registration Card issued by the ward/city office, A letter from the company you work for/ Student Certificate
2. Fee: Prepaid rent + Guarantee money

Steps for moving in

1. We will check the availability. (Contact)
2. Please fill out the restration form and send it to us.
3. We will contact you with a date for the preview or interview.
4. Please come to the apartment on that date.
5. After the preview, if you are interested in the room, we will have an interview. (Entering examination)
   *Please bring all necessary documents
   Please note that we can't always fulfill your request.
6. When you pass the entering examination, we will draw up an agreement form. (Contract)
7. After the initial payment is credited to our account, the contract will be sealed. (Payment)
8. After all procedures are finalized, we will give you the room key.(Move in)
