The monthly shared-housing popular in Tokyo has landed in Sapporo, a city of snow, for the first time! DK HOUSE Sapporo, an International House, consists of private rooms for each resident and a common area where residents from around the world can enjoy a variety of multi-cultural experiences. Many exciting events, such as English conversation lessons through the "Conversation Club", casual socials, and movie nights take place here on a regular basis.
The town of Sapporo was developed emulating Kyoto, and is being the center of politics and economy in Hokkaido. It is also famous for the Winter Olympics Games held in 1972.

(1) Rent fees by room type:

(2) Initial payment
The initial payment includes the deposit, as well as rent and utility fees for the first part of your stay.
The ¥30,000 will be fully refunded upon moving out of DK HOUSE Sapporo provided the room is clean and undamaged and there are no outstanding rent payments.
The common service fee of ¥1,500～ per month is for expenses such as utilities, cleaning fees and internet access fees.
The deposit and common service fees are charged on a per head basis, even if moving into a two person share room.
(3) Discount for lump sum payment
There is a special discount for advance payment of rent in full.
1) 6 month lump sum payment: discount of ¥2,000 /month (Save ¥12,000!)
2) 12 month lump sum payment: discount of ¥2,500 yen/month (Save ¥30,000!)
(4) Contract Period and Rental Payments
The minimum contract length is, in principle, three months. If your move-in date falls in the middle of the month, the initial rent will be calculated on a daily basis. From then on, rent is paid in monthly installments. If you would like to stay for less than three months, please contact the house manager directly.
If moving out of your room in the middle of the month, rent paid previously covering the remainder of the month will not be refunded.
