We are located at Nishi-Kawaguchi Station, which is 20 minutes by train from Ikebukuro Station, 23 minutes from Ueno Station, and 26 minutes from Shinjuku Station. Safe and secure with an on-site administrator, the guesthouse boasts 146 rooms. DK House Warabi is situated comfortably away from the train station in a quiet and peaceful area. Parks, schools, and a wonderful pedestrian path lined with cherry blossom trees are nearby.

We offer competitive single-room pricing compared to regular apartments and weekly rentals. Rent is 65,000 yen per month, utilities included. It’s also perfect as corporate housing, an employee dormitory, or a student dormitory that requires a set number of rooms. There are also gender-separated areas. The exceptional 13.2 square-meter rooms are spacious and come with furniture and appliances. No commission, quick application, rooms available immediately!

Each room features a wooden floor with custom-made furniture. Windows provide ample sunlight and a nice breeze. The beautiful views from the veranda-equipped rooms help relax the soul. We also offer free rental bikes, convenient for going out on a cycling jaunt or shopping. The large lobby and public areas are cleaned daily. Residents are mainly young people, including university students, study-abroad students, and professionals. Many guests speak English, French, and German. The workout room, the events in the theater room, and the Japanese cultural activities in the Japanese tatami room are popular among the guests.

DK House Warabi is a large guesthouse (share house) (141 rooms) with an on-site manager and upscale facilities. The standard single room is a spacious 13.2 square meters and is furnished with a bed, air conditioner, closet, fridge, chair, and internet connection.
Located at 2-32-5 Minami-cho, Warabi-shi, Saitama-ken, we are on the JR Keihin Tohoku Line at Nishi-Kawaguchi Station (17 minutes from Ikebukuro Station) and a 12 minute walk from this station. Nishi-Kawaguchi Station is the second one from Akabane Station (Saikyo, Utsunomiya, Takasaki/Shonan Shinjuku Lines) and right after Kawaguchi Station on the Keihin Tohoku Line. With through trains to central Tokyo, it is 31 minutes to Tokyo Station and 36 minutes to Shinagawa Station.
Akabane Station provides transfers to the Keihin Tohoku Line, Saikyo Line, Utsunomiya Line, and Takasaki/Shonan Shinjuku Line, and when changing to the latter line, it’s 17 minutes to Ikebukuro Station, 24 minutes to Shinjuku Station, and 35 minutes to Shibuya Station. Gotanda and Meguro Stations on the Yamanote Line are also a 40-minute ride.
Ikebukuro Station connects with the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi and Yurakucho Lines, Seibu Ikebukuro Line, and Tobu Tojo Line, so Korakuen, Iidabashi, Ichigaya and other points in central Tokyo are a 30-minute ride.
