All rooms have wooden furniture order-made to match the wooden floors. Windows provide the room with plenty of sunlight and a comfortable breeze. Most rooms have balconies facing a beautiful path of cherry blossom trees. Free rental bicycles are always available for shopping or exercise. We are also proud of our spotless entrance and common area. Our work-out facilities, theater room, and Japanese-style "tatami-room" also cater to the needs of our residents for multi-cultural interaction.

(1) Rent fees by room type:
One person room (13.2m2) ¥58,000 / month (¥75,000 When using it by two person)
(2) Initial payment
The initial payment includes the deposit, as well as rent and utility fees for the first part of your stay.
The ¥30,000 will be fully refunded upon moving out of DK HOUSE Warabi provided the room is clean and undamaged and there are no outstanding rent payments.
The common service fee of ¥9,000 per month is for expenses such as utilities, cleaning fees and internet access fees.
The deposit and common service fees are charged on a per head basis, even if moving into a two person share room.
(3) Discount for lump sum payment
There is a special discount for advance payment of rent in full.
1) 6 month lump sum payment: discount of ¥2,000 /month (Save ¥12,000!)
2) 12 month lump sum payment: discount of ¥2,500 /month (Save ¥30,000!)
(4) Contract Period and Rental Payments
The minimum contract length is, in principle, three months. If your move-in date falls in the middle of the month, the initial rent will be calculated on a daily basis. From then on, rent is paid in monthly installments. If you would like to stay for less than three months, please contact the house manager directly.
If moving out of your room in the middle of the month, rent paid previously covering the remainder of the month will not be refunded.
For any inquiries regarding rent payments, please contact the house manager.
(5) Contract Renewal Process
The contract can be renewed after paying the ¥15,000 renewal fee.
